Woodview Independent Senior Living LLC is a, 55 and older, independent living facility. Meaning, we do not staff medical professionals on site or have nurses for assisted living services. However, we do provide comforting and cozy, apartment-style living, with over 40 units on site and free parking for residents. Our mission is to make you or your loved on feel at home, but more importantly...like family. We know the stress of the continous up-keep of a home that may be too large or just too much work for you. We offer convenient and on-site, free parking, multiple floor plan options and sizes, kitchen areas, washer and dryer hookups, and balcony access in deluxe units.

  Woodview was co-founded in 2015, and opened it's doors for business in the fall of 2017, by Wheeling, WV native and owner Roger Kent and his wife Mindy Kent, along with business partner Andre Fontaine, of Virginia. After realizing a great opportunity on their hands, Roger and Andre decided to keep a piece of Ohio Valley history alive and provide a new and great living facility in Bethlehem, WV. Being able to keep the rich history and doors open of what used to be, the well-known Ernie's Esquire in the Ohio Valley, was a great opportunity.  Ernie's was known as the premier supper club and hotspot of the Ohio Valley for over six decades, attracting residents from all over the Ohio Valley, as well as even several celebrities and well-known music bands in it's prime. There is a deep history with many native's in the valley and Woodview wants to keep its history rich, with hopes of opening a dining banquet hall in the future. You can also expect to find original building pieces from Ernie's still standing in Woodview today.
